Can I cancel & refund my booking?
Yes. You can request to cancel & refund your booking as long as your request is submitted more than 72 hours from your participation date. No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made less than 72 hours from the activity date.

Can I amend my activity date?
If your booking is still eligible for free cancellation & a refund, you can simply cancel your booking and make another booking with your desired activity date. If your booking is not eligible for free cancellation & a refund, no amendments or cancellations can be made for your activity.
